Yesterday we learned that we are growing a GRRRL who is chromosomally healthy, according to the amnio. Now that the big scaries are out of the way we have some catching up to do. Below I have posted all of the ultrasounds to date, followed by the first pregnancy line-up shot from this week.
STATS:
Tomorrow will make the completion of 18 gestational weeks.
Our due date is November 28, 2011.
As mentioned above, it is a she.

ReplyDeleteMinor Threat was one of the first Washington, DC punk bands that's pretty significant for both Sofia and I. After the first few sonograms we moved past the "critter" phase and it was time to refer to the creature as something other than "the expansion project". Minor Threat is perfect for us because it reminds us of our youth, is gender-neutral, stays punk, is kind of how we feel about being pregnant, and the thing's going to be a minor for 18 years. Other friends called their "Monster Truck". To each their own!
